HTSC Guarantees Pioneer Reward’s USD700.00 Million Floating-Rate Notes Due 2029 Under USD10.00 Billion MTN Programme

Pioneer Reward Limited, a British Virgin Islands-incorporated issuer, has launched USD700.00 million floating-rate guaranteed notes maturing in 2029 under its USD10.00 billion Guaranteed Medium Term Note Programme.

The notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (HTSC) and will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) for trading by professional investors under Chapter 37. Listing is expected to become effective on 14 August 2026, following the offering circular dated 6 August 2026 and the pricing supplement dated 7 August 2026.

Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners are Huatai International, Bank of China, ICBC and Standard Chartered Bank. Additional Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners include BOCOM International, China Construction Bank, China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch, China International Capital Corporation, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., China Merchants Bank, CNCB Capital, E.SUN Bank Hong Kong Branch, Hua Xia Bank Hong Kong Branch, Industrial Bank Hong Kong Branch and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch.

Pioneer Reward’s board currently comprises Ms. Wu Junya Carol and Ms. Liu Ying Ingrid. HTSC’s board consists of three executive directors, five non-executive directors and five independent non-executive directors.
