Dida Inc. has notified shareholders that its board of directors will convene on 28 August 2026. The agenda includes:
• Approval of the unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
• Consideration of the publication of these results.
• Discussion of an interim dividend declaration, if any.
The announcement was issued on 18 August 2026 and signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Song Zhongjie.
