Yancheng Rongdingfeng Human Resources Co., Ltd. has been recognized as a "Municipal AAA Credit-Rated Human Resources Service Institution" in Yancheng City's 2025 credit evaluation of human resources agencies. The company had previously received the "Outstanding Service Provider for Key Industrial Parks" award for three consecutive years. General Manager Zhou Gang obtained the "Level III Human Resources Manager (Senior Worker)" qualification last year.

Established by Zheng Xingyang, Chairman of Jiangsu Dingxing Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd., Yancheng Rongdingfeng Human Resources Co., Ltd. specializes in recruitment and short-term or long-term labor dispatch for enterprises and institutions in Binhai County, including overseas labor export services. Since its launch in spring 2022, the company first undertook outsourced labor dispatch services for local government agencies and public institutions. In compliance with regulations and agreements from human resources authorities, it has dispatched over 700 workers to more than 30 government entities in the county. Employee salaries, social security contributions, and service fees are transferred monthly by the employer to the dispatch company, which then distributes them to individual employee accounts. If employers delay payments due to special circumstances, Rongdingfeng advances funds to ensure timely social security contributions, safeguarding employees' benefits without interruption.

Additionally, the company addresses seasonal and category-specific labor demands of local enterprises by leveraging its extensive information network. Over the years, it has recruited nearly 10,000 short-term and long-term workers for over 30 companies, including Kunger Group, Yunyi Machinery, Wanheng Group, Meiyan Technology, Yurui Technology, and Haida Food. For instance, when Ruiyuqi Heat Exchange Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. urgently needed heat-resistant operators, Rongdingfeng coordinated with a human resources agency in Sichuan's Daliangshan area to recruit 13 Yi ethnic workers known for their resilience. In another case, Yurui Technology required over 150 computer heat sink operators. Within three days, Rongdingfeng collaborated with a Suzhou-based dispatch firm to transport 150 workers via chartered buses. Due to insufficient lodging, the company rented nearby residences and provided bedding and cooling equipment to accommodate the new employees. Even when seasonal work ended without immediate reimbursement from employers, Rongdingfeng raised no complaints.

In November last year, a Suzhou-based entrepreneur, Mr. Chen, established Quanshui Dingdong Technology Co., Ltd. in Binhai Electronic Information Industrial Park. To accelerate construction and support park investment efforts, General Manager Zhou Gang proactively assisted Mr. Chen with procedures, arranged decorators for painting and facility setup, and resolved challenges arising from unfamiliarity with the locality. This earned Mr. Chen's trust, leading to a one-time recruitment of 35 workers through Rongdingfeng to ensure smooth production launch.

To foster further growth, Rongdingfeng is strengthening partnerships with external human resources organizations while expanding collaboration with newly established large investors in Binhai, such as Binhai Port Economic Development Zone, Wanwei New Materials Co., Ltd., Jingang Group, and CATL. In partnership with Binhai Secondary Vocational School, the company has signed training agreements to supply skilled graduates to these enterprises. Since the year before last, Chairman Zheng Xingyang and General Manager Zhou Gang have attended advanced training programs for human resources leadership talents at Wuhan University and Zhejiang University, enhancing their expertise in innovative and practical human capital services.
