Resources Global Development shareholders approve PT SINI rights shares subscription

Resources Global Development Limited announced that its shareholders have voted in favour of the proposed PT SINI Rights Shares Subscription at an extraordinary general meeting held on Jun, 29 2026.
The resolution, classified as a “major transaction” under Chapter 10 of the Catalist Rules, secured 443.52 million votes in support, representing 100.00% of the total votes cast, with no votes against.
With the resolution passed, the company’s directors are authorised to undertake all necessary actions and execute related documents to complete the subscription. The meeting concluded without further business.
