UBOX ONLINE repurchases 461,500 H-shares, boosting treasury stock to 1.72 million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX ONLINE, HKEX: 02429) bought back 461,500 H-shares on 18 June 2026 through on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 2.30 to HKD 2.35, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 2.35, bringing total cash outlay to HKD 1.08 million. The repurchased stock represents 0.05% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

Following the buyback: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 944.80 million. • Treasury shares increased to 1.72 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 946.51 million, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The latest transaction lifts cumulative repurchases under the mandate approved on 28 May 2026 to 1.72 million shares, or 0.18% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. UBOX ONLINE is authorised to repurchase up to 94.65 million shares under this resolution, leaving more than 92.9 million shares still available for future buybacks.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 July 2026.
