Addvalue Technologies says board committee line-up unchanged after director’s passing

Addvalue Technologies Ltd announced on Jun, 20 2026 that the death and cessation of Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director Mr Paul Clark Burke have no impact on its board committees, as he was not a member of any of them.
The company added that all board committees continue to comply with the Singapore Exchange’s Listing Manual as well as their respective terms of reference.
Addvalue Technologies also stated that its overall board size still meets the requirements set out in its constitution and applicable regulations.
The announcement was issued by Chief Executive Officer Mr Tan Khai Pang on Jun, 20 2026.
