Outstanding share capital • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remained at 11.79 billion as of 7 August 2026; no new shares were issued. • The eight trading sessions from 29 July to 7 August generated a combined 21.46 million shares pending cancellation, equal to approximately 0.18% of the company’s pre-buy-back share base.

Repurchase mandate utilisation • The current shareholder mandate, granted on 26 August 2025, authorises repurchases of up to 1.18 billion shares. • Cumulative buy-backs under this mandate total 38.58 million shares, representing 0.33% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. • In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Want Want China is restricted from issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares until 6 September 2026.

All repurchases were executed in compliance with Main Board Rule 10.06(4)(a) and related provisions, according to the company’s filing signed by Director Lai Hong Yee.
