Lanzhou held its second "Night Market" recruitment event, focusing on the advanced manufacturing sector, at Dongfanghong Square on the evening of July 24th. The event used a convenient nighttime format to connect employers with job seekers.

The specialized job fair targeted the city's key advanced manufacturing industries, including high-end equipment, new energy, and new materials. It precisely addressed corporate labor gaps, with 150 high-quality companies offering 3,321 positions.

The event was bustling with job seekers, ultimately resulting in 856 preliminary employment intentions. Alongside the in-person fair, Lanzhou also hosted a live-streamed job promotion, showcasing 960 positions from 56 companies, which attracted over 12,000 online views.

A dedicated service area provided personalized assistance, including resume diagnostics and job-seeking tips, helping more than 70 individuals with one-on-one guidance. Staff also answered questions on policies such as the "Double Increase" plan for college students, employment and entrepreneurship support, and the Employment Promotion Law, distributing over 2,000 informational leaflets.

Looking ahead, Lanzhou plans to continue its "Night Market Economy + Talent Service" employment model. It will regularly host industry-specific recruitment events, improve the supply-demand matching channel, and optimize public employment services to stabilize employment and support the city's high-quality economic development.
