JD Health International Inc. (JD Health) disclosed that it repurchased 729,250 ordinary shares on 22 May 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$39.78 to HK$40.50, for an aggregate consideration of HK$29.45 million.
Including this latest transaction, JD Health has repurchased a total of 9.07 million shares between 15 and 22 May 2026 that are pending cancellation. The daily breakdown is as follows:
• 15 May: 198,050 shares at HK$45.17 • 18 May: 1,908,300 shares at HK$42.89 • 19 May: 2,248,300 shares at HK$41.48 • 20 May: 2,053,750 shares at HK$40.30 • 21 May: 1,933,200 shares at HK$40.11 • 22 May: 729,250 shares at HK$40.38 (volume-weighted average)
The 9.07 million shares repurchased represent approximately 0.28% of JD Health’s issued share capital of 3.21 billion shares as at the date of the repurchase mandate (20 June 2025). No treasury shares were held at the latest reporting date.
JD Health is authorised to repurchase up to 320.01 million shares under the mandate approved on 20 June 2025; the company has utilised roughly 2.83% of this limit to date. Following the 22 May transaction, a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales applies, ending on 21 June 2026.
The company confirmed that all repurchases were conducted in accordance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and that there have been no material changes to the explanatory statement issued on 25 April 2025.
