In a recent announcement, NC HEALTHCARE (01518) disclosed that some of its bank accounts were frozen in late April 2026. The freeze action was discovered after the company learned that it involves an ongoing investigation by the Beijing Mentougou District Supervision Commission into one of its partners.

As of the announcement date, the company has not received any written details about the investigation. Notably, the investigation is not directly initiated against the group, its directors, or its senior management.

Only a portion of the group's bank accounts have been affected, with a total frozen amount of approximately RMB 218 million. The company continues to access other normally functioning bank accounts, along with cash generated from daily operations, to sustain its business activities.

The group's overall business has maintained routine operations during May, June, and July 2026, and as of the announcement date. NC HEALTHCARE will continue to assess the impact of the freeze on its business operations and financial condition, and actively monitor further developments.
