REFIRE issues 0.13 million new H shares after warrant exercise; total issued H shares reach 88.87 million

Shanghai REFIRE Group Limited reported that 0.13 million H shares were issued in July 2026 following the partial exercise of unlisted warrants. The move lifted the company’s issued H-share count (excluding treasury shares) to 88.87 million as of 31 July 2026, while treasury shares remained unchanged at 18,000.

\n\nThe incremental issue raised REFIRE’s registered share capital for H shares to 88.89 million, and the group’s overall registered share capital—including 4.47 million domestic shares—stood at 93.36 million.

\n\nWarrant activity was the sole driver of the month’s share capital change. Of the 10.00 million unlisted warrants issued on 15 June 2026, 0.13 million were exercised on 31 July 2026 at a subscription price of HKD 0.2657 per share, reducing outstanding warrants to 9.88 million. The warrants expire on 15 December 2027.

\n\nThe company’s pre-IPO share option scheme, adopted on 21 January 2024, showed 1.90 million options outstanding at month-end with no exercises recorded in July.

\n\nREFIRE confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement for the H-share class as at 31 July 2026.
