C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) has announced that the board of directors was informed that on May 27, 2026, a major shareholder, Mr. Sha Tao, acquired a total of 151,000 ordinary shares of the company on the open market at an average price of approximately HK$0.890 per share. This acquisition represents about 0.02% of the company's issued share capital. Following this increase, Mr. Sha now holds a total of 162 million shares, accounting for approximately 18.42% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.
