LAI FUNG HOLD Reports Interim Net Loss Attributable to Owners of HK$384 Million

LAI FUNG HOLD (01125) announced its interim results for the six months ended January 31, 2026. The company recorded a revenue of approximately HK$927 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 43.1%. The net loss attributable to owners of the company was HK$384 million, an increase of 134% compared to the same period last year. The loss per share was HK$1.16. According to the announcement, the significant increase in loss was primarily due to losses generated from the sale of a residential building (T1) in the second phase of the Hengqin Innovation Square project and the impairment of properties (primarily T3) in the same project during the review period.
