Jiangxi Bank Schedules 2025 AGM for 26 June 2026, Proposes RMB205 Million Final Dividend

Jiangxi Bank will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting at 9:30 a.m. on 26 June 2026 at the Bank’s headquarters in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Shareholders will vote by poll on six ordinary resolutions, including approval of the 2025 board and supervisory reports, the 2025 audited financial statements and 2026 budget, the 2025 annual report, the 2025 profit-distribution plan, and the appointment of external auditors for 2026.

The board has recommended a 2025 final dividend of RMB0.34 per 10 shares (tax inclusive), representing a total cash payout of RMB205.00 million. If approved, the dividend will be distributed on 25 August 2026 to shareholders on record as of 21 July 2026. The H-share register will be closed from 16 July to 21 July 2026, and share transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 15 July 2026 to qualify for the dividend.

For AGM participation, the register of members will be closed from 23 June to 26 June 2026. Share transfers must be completed by 4:30 p.m. on 22 June 2026 for eligibility to attend and vote. Shareholders may appoint proxies, with signed proxy forms required at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Reporting items to be presented without voting include the 2025 related-party transactions report and the 2025 major-shareholder evaluation. Voting results will be released on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Jiangxi Bank websites after the meeting.
