Pagoda Group buys back 300,000 H shares, treasury stock rises to 9.58 million

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited completed an on-exchange repurchase of 300,000 H shares on 15 April 2026.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 1.66 to HKD 1.69, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 1.67 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.50 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, Pagoda Group’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.015 % to 1.99 billion, while the treasury share balance increased to 9.58 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.00 billion shares.

The buy-back was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 145.39 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 9.58 million shares, representing 0.66 % of the issued shares at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations, Pagoda Group is subject to a moratorium on new share issues, or the sale or transfer of treasury shares, until 15 May 2026.
