The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.27, a 50% increase from the prior year and well above the consensus estimate of $0.24. Quarterly revenue reached $163.77 million, representing a 28.73% year-over-year jump and beating the analyst forecast of $155.64 million. The strong performance was driven by a 53% surge in cloud revenue to $87.5 million and a notable increase in high-value customers, with those generating over $1 million in annual recurring revenue climbing 59% to 97.
Looking ahead, FrogAds provided an optimistic outlook, projecting full-year adjusted EPS of $0.96 to $1.00 and full-year revenue between $648 million and $652 million. For the third quarter, the company guided for adjusted EPS of $0.22 to $0.24 on revenue of $164 million to $166 million. CEO Shlomi Ben Haim highlighted continued momentum in AI-driven artifact growth, cloud adoption, and security solutions as key catalysts for the business.
