Zhongyu Energy repurchases 0.50 million shares for HKD 1.34 million, treasury stock rises to 42.20 million

On 17 June 2026, Zhongyu Energy Holdings Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 0.50 million ordinary shares at prices ranging from HKD 2.65 to HKD 2.69, for a total consideration of HKD 1.34 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 2,706.11 million, a 0.0185% reduction from the previous day. • Treasury shares increased to 42.20 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 2,748.31 million.

Repurchase mandate utilisation: • The board mandate approved on 2 June 2025 allows up to 277.18 million shares to be bought back. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 42.20 million shares, representing 1.52% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Zhongyu Energy is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 July 2026.
