Joy Spreader Group Inc. entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. on 11 March 2026, aiming to accelerate its artificial-intelligence deployment and enhance core technological competitiveness. The framework remains in force until 31 March 2027, with detailed project terms to be finalised in subsequent contracts.

Under the accord, Volcano Engine—ByteDance’s cloud and AI arm—will supply Joy Spreader with its Doubao large-language-model suite, Seedance AI video-generation APIs, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) technology. A dedicated joint team will integrate these solutions with Joy Spreader’s existing accurate-marketing platform and overseas e-commerce business (MARTOP).

Strategic objectives include: 1. AI integration: Customising the Doubao model for Joy Spreader’s business scenarios to raise operational efficiency and reduce reliance on open-source frameworks. 2. AIGC enablement: Providing Seedance tools to Shenzhen Yingyi Vision Technology Co., Ltd.—an investee of Joy Spreader—to scale photorealistic drama and advertising-creative production while mitigating copyright risk. 3. GEO application: Enhancing algorithmic marketing by improving content quality, boosting traffic targeting accuracy, lowering ad-placement costs, and supporting cross-border campaigns. 4. Infrastructure support: Leveraging Volcano Engine’s big-data and cloud resources to sustain large-scale AI operations and develop an “AI + livestreaming + e-commerce” model.

Joy Spreader expects the collaboration to transition its revenue model from traffic-driven to “technology + content + service,” reinforce its leadership in accurate marketing and expand overseas monetisation channels.

Key risks highlighted include the framework nature of the agreement, the rapid evolution of AI technologies, and potential regulatory or competitive pressures that could affect execution and benefits. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares.
