Leading home food enterprise SHIYUE DAOTIAN (09676) announced its full-year results for the period ending December 31, 2025, on April 24. The report indicates that the group achieved total revenue of RMB 6.81 billion in 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 18.5%. Adjusted net profit reached RMB 560 million. This performance growth is attributed to the company's strategic upgrade and the deepening of its omni-channel strategy, as it completed its transition from a "kitchen food enterprise" to an "innovator in the home food industry."
At the business level, the core rice segment demonstrated stable growth, with revenue reaching RMB 4.755 billion, an increase of 18.4% compared to the previous year. Categories such as coarse cereals and beans, as well as dried goods, showed significant growth momentum, with year-on-year increases of 36.0% and 51.5%, respectively. In terms of sales channels, both online and offline efforts were coordinated effectively. Revenue from online channels amounted to RMB 3.984 billion, while modern supermarket and direct customer channels grew by 19.2% and 48.5%, respectively. Partnerships in instant retail enabled a 30-minute delivery service.
The company continued to strengthen its supply chain barriers. It added a new base in Nanning, Guangxi, forming a national network of seven production bases. Leveraging a "direct sourcing from origin, local processing" model and order-based production, the company ensures product freshness and stable supply. Concurrently, it deepened its digital operations, with over thirty automated production lines put into use, leading to continuous optimization of operational efficiency.
Brand value steadily increased, with the influence of brands like SHIYUE DAOTIAN and Chaihuo Dayuan expanding. The company received multiple honors, including the Global Food Innovation Award and recognition as a listed company with the strongest brand value. Actively fulfilling its corporate responsibilities, the company aligns with the development direction of new quality productive forces in agriculture, promoting the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.
To reward shareholders, the board of directors has recommended a final dividend of RMB 0.32 per share (tax inclusive), totaling approximately RMB 339 million in dividend distribution, representing a payout ratio of 60.4% of the adjusted net profit. Looking ahead, the company will continue to deepen its presence in the home food sector, strengthen product innovation and omni-channel layout, and consolidate its leading industry position.
