MP CARDIOFLOW-B Announces Board Changes: New Independent Director Appointed

MP CARDIOFLOW-B (02160) has announced changes to its board of directors.
Ms. Wu Xia has stepped down from her role as a non-executive director, effective immediately following the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting. Consequently, she will not stand for re-election at the meeting and has also ceased to be a member of the company's Commercialization Committee.
In a separate appointment, Mr. Mao Junxiang has been named as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Commercialization Committee. His appointment is scheduled to take effect from June 4, 2026.
