7Road Holdings Limited reported that it repurchased 2.97 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 7 September and 6 October 2026. The aggregate consideration paid was approximately HK $3.13 million, translating into a volume-weighted average buy-back price of about HK $1.06 per share.

The repurchased shares represent 0.12% of 7Road’s existing issued share capital of 2.51 billion shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 5 October 2026. All 2.97 million shares are earmarked for cancellation and, once cancelled, will reduce the company’s outstanding share count by the same amount.

On the most recent trading day disclosed, 6 October 2026, the company acquired 150,000 shares on-market at HK $1.02 each, for a total outlay of HK $0.15 million. Across the month-long programme, purchase prices ranged from HK $1.01 to HK $1.10 per share.

The repurchases were made under a mandate granted by shareholders on 4 September 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 250.81 million shares. To date, 7Road has utilised roughly 1.19% of this authority. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the issuer is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 5 November 2026.

No new shares were issued during the period, and the company held no treasury shares at either the opening (5 October 2026) or closing (6 October 2026) balance dates. The issued share capital therefore remained at 2,508.09 million shares pending the formal cancellation of the repurchased stock.
