XIAOCAIYUAN Confirms Adequate 14.17% Public Float, No Share Movements in September 2026

For the month ended 30 September 2026, Xiaocaiyuan International Holding Ltd. (XIAOCAIYUAN) reported stable share capital with no changes in authorised, issued, or treasury shares, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The group’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares, each with a par value of USD 0.00001, representing total authorised capital of USD 50,000. Issued share capital stayed at 1.18 billion shares, comprising 1.17 billion shares outstanding and 11.49 million treasury shares.

XIAOCAIYUAN confirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), reporting a public float of 14.17% of issued shares. The corresponding market value of publicly held shares stood at HK$1.26 billion as at 30 September 2026.

The company recorded no activity during the month in share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other share-issuing arrangements, and reported no movements in treasury shares.
