Sing Holdings Limited passes all AGM resolutions, declares five-cent dividend

Sing Holdings Limited held its Annual General Meeting on Apr, 23 2026, where shareholders voted by poll on eight ordinary resolutions. All resolutions were approved.

The meeting adopted the Directors’ Statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025. Shareholders also endorsed directors’ fees of 0.548 million Singapore dollars for the same period.

A final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 1.00 cent per share and a special one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 4.00 cents per share were declared. Both dividends will be paid on May, 12 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on Apr, 29 2026.

The AGM re-elected Lee Sze Hao, Joseph Yeong Wee Yong and Choo Eng Chuan to the Board, and re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as external auditor. In addition, shareholders renewed the general mandate authorising directors to issue shares and convertible instruments, subject to a limit of 50% of the company’s issued share capital, with a 20% sub-limit for non-pro-rata issues.

All resolutions received strong support, ranging from 97.42% to 100% of votes cast in favour.
