Tozed Kangwei Tech Co.,Ltd. (301718.SZ) has announced that the company has set the offering price for this issuance at 26.88 yuan per share, and the offline issuance will no longer involve cumulative bidding and inquiry.
Investors are requested to conduct online and offline subscriptions at this price on October 9, 2026 (T day), and no subscription funds are required at the time of subscription.
The offline issuance subscription date and the online subscription date are both October 9, 2026 (T day), with the offline subscription time from 9:30 to 15:00, and the online subscription time from 9:15 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 15:00.
