RIGOL Technologies Co., Ltd. will adopt a fully electronic model for distributing corporate communications starting 20 August 2026, in line with amended Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association. Printed documents will be dispatched only upon shareholder request.
Key points of the new framework are as follows:
1. Actionable Corporate Communications • Future documents requiring shareholder action will be emailed individually. • If no functional email address is on record, a printed copy will be mailed together with a form to capture the shareholder’s working email for subsequent electronic delivery.
2. General Corporate Communications • All routine reports, circulars, notices and related documents will be posted on the company’s website (https://www.rigol.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). • No separate publication notices will be sent; shareholders are expected to monitor these websites for updates.
3. Submission of Email Addresses • Shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email via an online form accessed through a QR code valid until 20 October 2026. • Alternatively, email addresses can be provided at any time to the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by mail (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by email (537-ecom@vistra.com).
4. Printed Copies on Demand • Shareholders experiencing difficulty with electronic access, or preferring physical documents, may request free printed copies by contacting the registrar at the above address or email.
Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited at +852 2980 1333 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays), or by email to 537-ecom@vistra.com.
