Lesi Group Announces Transition to Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 29

Lesi Group Limited issued a shareholder notice on 29 April 2026 confirming its adoption of fully electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paper-less listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023 (Listing Rule 2.07A).

Under the new arrangement, English and Chinese versions of documents—covering directors’ reports, annual and interim results, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms—will be published exclusively on the company’s website (www.lscx.com.cn) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk). No hard copies will be mailed unless specifically requested.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide their email addresses to the banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries through which their shares are held to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications. Investors preferring printed copies can complete and return the attached reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or submit an email request to Lesi.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying their name and postal address.

For further enquiries, shareholders may contact the share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
