Sinotrans Limited (HKEX: 00598) has announced that the board of directors has received the resignation letter from Mr. Yang Guofeng. Mr. Yang has tendered his resignation as a director of the company due to work adjustments, effective July 17, 2026.

Consequently, Mr. Yang Guofeng will also cease to serve as a member of the Board's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee. On July 17, 2026, the board approved a proposal to appoint Mr. Li Feng and Mr. Sun Jianfeng as directors of the company.

The proposed term of office for the new directors will commence from the date of approval by the company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting and will last until the conclusion of the term of the fourth session of the board of directors.
