JIANDE INT'L Records Stable Capital Structure in July 2026; Public Float Remains Above 25%

Jiande International Holdings Limited (JIANDE INT'L) submitted its monthly return for equity issuers to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026, covering the period ended 31 July 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital was unchanged at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.005, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million.

Issued share capital also remained stable at 5.84 billion ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares. No share repurchases, cancellations, or new issuances were recorded during the month.

JIANDE INT'L confirmed adherence to the Main Board’s minimum public float threshold of 25%, indicating that its free-float proportion met regulatory requirements as at 31 July 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements to issue shares were outstanding or exercised in the reporting period.

The filing, signed by Company Secretary Wong Kin Tak, attested that all regulatory and listing rule obligations were complied with during the month.
