YSB Inc. disclosed a fresh on-market repurchase of 150,000 ordinary shares on 08 October 2026 at prices ranging from HKD3.38 to HKD3.53, for a total consideration of HKD0.51 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HKD3.43 per share.

The transaction leaves YSB’s issued share capital unchanged at 692.49 million shares as at 08 October 2026. There are now 5.80 million shares that have been bought back since August 2025 but have not yet been cancelled, equivalent to about 0.84% of the current issued share base.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 21 May 2026, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 68.81 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate total 4.00 million shares, representing 0.58% of the issued share count on the mandate date.

Following the latest buy-back, YSB is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales, expiring on 07 November 2026.

No changes were made to the number of treasury shares, and all repurchased shares are designated for cancellation. Fei Chen, Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary, confirmed that the buy-backs complied with Hong Kong listing rules and all applicable regulations.
