QPL International Holdings Limited (QPL INT'L) has released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and continued compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.

• Authorised Capital: Ordinary share authorisation held at 120.00 billion shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equating to HKD 1.20 billion. Preference share authorisation remained at 50.00 million shares with a HKD 0.02 par value, totalling HKD 1.00 million. No changes were recorded during the month.

• Issued Shares: Outstanding ordinary shares were unchanged at 346.49 million. The company held no treasury shares and reported no share cancellations, repurchases or new issues in July.

• Public Float: QPL INT'L confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public float threshold as of 31 July 2026.

• Share Option Position: – 2015 Share Option Scheme: 1.67 million options remained outstanding at an exercise price of HKD 0.96. – 2025 Share Option Scheme: authority exists to grant up to 34.65 million additional options; none were granted or exercised during the month. No proceeds were raised from option exercises.

• Other Instruments: The issuer reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could lead to share issuance, and no movements in treasury shares.

The company’s board and secretary confirmed that all regulatory obligations under Hong Kong listing rules were met, with necessary approvals and filings completed.
