Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 June 2026, confirming no movements in authorised or issued share capital for the period ended 31 May 2026.

The bank’s authorised share capital remains at 6.02 billion ordinary shares with a par value of RMB1.00 each. The structure is split between 1.35 billion H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 4.68 billion domestic shares, both unchanged from the previous month.

Issued share capital mirrors the authorised figures, with 1.35 billion H-shares and 4.68 billion domestic shares outstanding. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, and there were no share issuances, repurchases, or capital reductions during the month.

The lender confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement. The applicable threshold is 22.33 % of H-shares in public hands, and the bank met this level as at 31 May 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked agreements were outstanding.
