Huisheng International Holdings Limited announced that shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 8 July 2026 voted 100% in favour of consolidating every eight issued and unissued shares (par value HK$0.01 each) into one consolidated share (par value HK$0.08).
The poll, overseen by Tricor Investor Services Limited, recorded 0.14 billion votes for and none against, out of 1.11 billion shares entitled to vote. No shareholders abstained, and all directors attended electronically.
Key Timetable • Share consolidation becomes effective on 10 July 2026, with trading in consolidated shares commencing at 9:00 a.m. the same day. • Existing grey share certificates remain valid only for delivery, trading and settlement until 4:10 p.m. on 13 August 2026; thereafter they serve solely as proof of ownership. New yellow certificates will be issued for consolidated shares. • Board lot size on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange changes from 4,000 existing shares to 10,000 consolidated shares effective 24 July 2026; trading in the new lot size begins at 9:00 a.m. that day.
Management emphasized that all conditions outlined in the circular dated 18 June 2026 have been satisfied, enabling the consolidation and lot-size adjustment to proceed as scheduled.
