Following approval at an extraordinary general meeting, Minsheng Education (01569) has announced the appointment of Rongcheng (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's auditor.
The appointment is effective immediately from the conclusion of the shareholder meeting and will remain in force until the end of the company's next annual general meeting.
