Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang releases H1 2026 risk assessment on in-house finance arm

Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group Corporation Limited announced on Aug, 14 2026 that it has published its semi-annual continuous risk assessment report on Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group Finance Co., Ltd. (TPGF) for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026.

TPGF, which provides treasury, deposit and credit services to group members, recorded total assets of about S$4.48 billion and total liabilities of roughly S$3.31 billion as of Jun, 30 2026. Net assets stood at approximately S$1.17 billion, representing an asset-liability ratio of 73.96%.

For the January–June period, TPGF generated revenue of around S$28.05 million and a net profit of about S$33.12 million. Key regulatory metrics remained strong, with a capital adequacy ratio of 33.47% (minimum requirement: 10.5%) and a liquidity ratio of 76.27% (minimum requirement: 25%).

The report confirms that TPGF had no non-performing assets or non-performing loans during the review period, and all other regulatory indicators were within prescribed limits. As at Jun, 30 2026, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang held deposits of roughly S$1.36 billion with TPGF and had no outstanding loans.

The board concluded that TPGF’s internal controls, liquidity position and asset quality are sound and that risks associated with the group’s financial transactions with the finance company remain controllable. The listed parent will continue to issue risk assessment reports on a semi-annual basis in line with Shanghai Stock Exchange requirements.
