NEW HIGHER EDU Reports Interim Results with Adjusted Net Profit of 459.6 Million Yuan

NEW HIGHER EDU (02001) announced its interim results for the six months ended February 28, 2026. The group achieved a total revenue of 1.675 billion yuan, representing a 1.5% increase compared to the same period last year. The adjusted net profit was 459.6 million yuan, a slight increase of 0.8% year-on-year.

Benefiting from long-term policy support, the group will continue to enhance the educational level of its institutions. In February 2026, following an official approval from the Ministry of Education, the establishment of Guizhou Technology and Business Vocational University, based on the Guizhou school, was approved. Guizhou Technology and Business Vocational University is one of only five private vocational undergraduate institutions approved by the Ministry of Education during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period and is currently the only private vocational undergraduate university in Guizhou Province.

The employment quality and rate for graduates remain consistently high. As of December 31, 2025, the group's graduate employment rate has remained above 95% for six consecutive years, with the proportion of high-quality employment reaching 54.35%. Among these figures, the number of graduates employed by renowned companies saw a significant increase of 112.94%. As of August 31, 2025, the initial employment rate for the 2025 graduating cohort was 98.22%, an improvement of 3.13 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
