Seatrium prices 400 million Singapore dollars 2.95% notes due 2031

Seatrium Limited announced on Apr, 20 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Seatrium Financial Services Pte. Ltd., has priced an inaugural 400 million Singapore dollars offering of 2.95 per cent fixed-rate notes maturing on Apr, 28 2031 under the companies’ 3 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The notes, guaranteed by Seatrium, are expected to be issued on Apr, 28 2026 in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars and will pay interest semi-annually.

Net proceeds will be allocated toward refinancing existing borrowings, funding potential acquisitions and investments, supporting working-capital and capital-expenditure needs, and providing internal loans across the group.

DBS Bank Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited are joint global coordinators, lead managers and bookrunners, while The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch serves as a joint lead manager and bookrunner.

Seatrium intends to seek approval for the notes to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
