Inner Mongolia is leveraging its existing data resources and large language models this year to improve tax-related business data pre-filling and risk warning scenario construction, according to the State Taxation Administration's Inner Mongolia Regional Tax Service.
The authority has embedded artificial intelligence throughout the entire chain of risk analysis, indicator generation, script development, and quality auditing, effectively enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of tax risk management.
Where to begin
The Inner Mongolia Regional Tax Service, relying on its existing tax data support platform, has established a system combining a "tax-related association graph" with a "business scenario knowledge base." It has compiled 110 association rules covering 37 tax categories across the region, integrating multi-tax policy rules with historical risk prevention and control cases to build a specialized and interconnected knowledge base.
Starting with the risk of purchase-sales mismatches, the authority has gradually expanded this approach to scenarios such as value-added tax declaration verification and risk prevention and control across the entire chain of related industries, further streamlining the risk prevention and control business process.
The reason for using just 10 ASX 200 shares
A relevant official from the Inner Mongolia Regional Tax Service explained that the application of large models has optimized traditional tax work models. During the requirement drafting stage, the model can automatically integrate and refine materials, generating a first draft in just 10 minutes. During script development, it can automatically match rules and generate scripts. During script auditing, traditional manual review of a single script takes 1.5 to 2 hours and is prone to omissions, but with the large model, full-dimension verification of a script and the production of an evaluation report can be completed in 2 to 3 minutes, with a problem identification rate exceeding 99%. During the grassroots verification stage, the model assists the system in automatically collecting corporate registration, declaration, and invoice information.
