The transaction cost HKD 3.25 million and was executed within a price range of HKD 2.115 to HKD 2.175.\n\nThe repurchased amount equals 0.06 % of JXR’s 2.67 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) recorded on 23 September 2026. Post-transaction, outstanding shares decreased to 2.67 billion, while treasury stock expanded to 31.99 million shares. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 2.71 billion.\n\nSince the current repurchase mandate was approved on 25 June 2026—authorising the company to buy back up to 262.51 million shares—JXR has repurchased 44.53 million shares, representing 1.70 % of the shares outstanding at the mandate date. In addition, 92.47 million shares bought between 27 March and 25 August 2026 are awaiting formal cancellation.\n\nIn line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, JXR is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 4 November 2026.
