During a recent industry forum, Chen Li, the co-founder of Yushu Technology Co., Ltd., outlined the company's straightforward business philosophy. The firm's strategy begins with developing a robust and dependable robot platform before expanding into practical application scenarios. As a startup founded entirely by university students without a deep industry background, the team remains confident. They believe that in the fields of quadruped and humanoid robotics, achieving reliable, stable, high-performance, cost-effective products with well-developed interfaces and ecosystems will pave the way for successful commercial deployment. Yushu positions itself as a platform company, aiming to collaborate deeply with partners to advance the development of embodied intelligent robotics.

Chen Li also shared insights into the intense preparations for this year's China Central Television Spring Festival Gala, where the company's robots performed in a martial arts-themed program titled "Wǔ BOT." He revealed the team faced significant pressure, particularly because their robots had already made a successful appearance on the 2025 gala. The feeling was that without a substantial breakthrough this year, it would have been better not to participate at all.

Consequently, Yushu dedicated immense effort to refining the performance, aiming to redefine both domestic and international audiences' perceptions of Chinese-made robotics. Chen Li highlighted the strict secrecy maintained throughout the project's development, noting there was constant worry about information leaking prematurely. Fortunately, the final performance was exceptionally well-received. It generated tremendous buzz internationally, amassing a staggering 24.1 billion views across online platforms, a figure he described as extraordinary.
