During the 2026 interim results conference held on August 21, Ping An disclosed its dividend plans for the first half of the year. Fu Xin emphasized that the management team places significant importance on shareholder returns and remains committed to aligning dividend distributions with long-term operating profit. Over the past decade, Ping An has consistently raised its dividends, with cumulative payouts exceeding RMB 390 billion. The company’s dividend policy has remained stable and highly competitive when benchmarked against industry peers.
"I am confident that our robust operational performance and high-quality growth in core metrics during the first half of the year provide the strongest foundation for our dividend policy. Our unwavering confidence in the long-term stability of operating profit underpins this commitment," Fu Xin stated.
