Flowing Cloud Appoints New Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

Flowing Cloud (06610) announced that Ms. Chen Xiuling has resigned from her position as joint company secretary and will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective from April 21, 2026. Mr. Li Yao will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary, while Ms. Chen Xiuling will remain the agent for the service of process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under Listing Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Additionally, Mr. You Zilin has been appointed as joint company secretary and authorized representative, effective from April 21, 2026.
