JIANGXI BANK Appoints Qian Zheng as Chief Compliance Officer

JIANGXI BANK announced that its board of directors has passed a resolution to appoint Qian Zheng as the Chief Compliance Officer. His term will commence from the date his qualifications are approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration's Jiangxi Supervision Bureau and will last until the expiration of the term of the bank's fourth board of directors.

Qian Zheng was born in January 1976 and holds the title of Senior Economist. From September 1998 to September 2002, he served as a Third-Class Police Sergeant in the Legal Affairs Division of the Shangrao Municipal Public Security Bureau. From July 2005 to June 2016, he worked at the Nanchang Central Sub-branch of the People's Bank of China, holding positions including Office Staff Member, Deputy Section Member, Deputy Director of the Legal Affairs Office (Section Chief Level), and Director of the Financial Consumer Protection Section within the Legal Affairs Department (Financial Consumer Protection Department). From June 2016 to February 2026, he served at JIANGXI BANK as Deputy General Manager of the Compliance Department, General Manager of the Compliance Department, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Yingtan Branch, and President of the Yingtan Branch. Since February 2026, he has been serving as the General Manager of the Compliance Department at JIANGXI BANK.
