On June 18, CAOCAO INC (02643) announced it had executed a share buyback, spending a total of HK$9.949 million to repurchase 356,200 of its own shares.
Additionally, on the same date, the company issued 199,000 new shares. This issuance was a result of the exercise of share options granted under a pre-IPO share incentive scheme adopted in November 2022.
