MINERVA GROUP releases 1-for-2 non-underwritten Rights Issue prospectus, informs CCASS investors of access arrangements

Minerva Group Holding Limited (MINERVA GROUP) has posted the English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate communications on both the company website (www.minervagroup.hk) and HKEXnews.

Key documents now available include:

• Prospectus dated 5 June 2026 for a Rights Issue of one Rights Share for every two existing shares held on the record date, to be conducted on a non-underwritten basis.

• Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL) applicable to qualifying shareholders as defined in the prospectus.

Shareholders whose holdings are lodged in CCASS under HKSCC Nominees Limited must contact their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries to confirm entitlements and submit instructions. CCASS Participants who are beneficial owners should liaise directly with Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited.

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to provide functional email addresses to their intermediaries to receive future electronic notifications. Those wishing to obtain printed versions of the current or future corporate communications may submit the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Requests for hard copies will remain valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.
