RH Petrogas Limited announced that every resolution tabled at its annual general meeting on Apr, 28 2026 was approved by shareholders through a poll.
The meeting endorsed the Directors’ Statement and audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, and sanctioned a first and final tax-exempt dividend of 0.30 Singapore cents per ordinary share. Shareholders also backed the payment of 0.45 million Singapore dollars in directors’ fees for the same financial year.
Re-elections saw Timothy Tiong Ing Zun, Caroline Lee and Morin Jean-Louis Pierre returned to the board, with support of 95.78%, 100.00% and 100.00% of votes cast, respectively. Both Lee and Pierre continue to serve on the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nominating committees and remain classified as independent directors under Singapore Exchange rules.
Investors further confirmed the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as external auditors and renewed the mandate authorising directors to issue new shares and convertible securities, which received 95.78% approval. No shareholders were required to abstain from any resolution.
Director Khoo Kar Khoon retired at the close of the meeting and stepped down from the Audit and Risk Committee. DrewCorp Services acted as the scrutineer for the poll.
