S.F. Holding's Subsidiary Receives Regulatory Approval for Bond Issuance

S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen S.F. Taisen Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., recently obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for a public offering of corporate bonds to professional investors. The approval notice stipulates the following key points: 1) Taisen Holdings is authorized to issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding RMB 5 billion to professional investors; 2) The approval is valid for 24 months from the date of issuance, during which Taisen Holdings may issue the bonds in multiple tranches.
