Guoquan Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 17 June 2026 it repurchased 4.99 million H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, spending HKD 9.97 million at prices ranging from HKD 1.97 to HKD 2.01 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was approximately HKD 1.996.
The transaction reduced Guoquan’s outstanding H-share count by 0.19 % to 2.58 billion shares, down from 2.59 billion on 4 June 2026. Concurrently, treasury shares rose to 165.02 million from 160.03 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained steady at 2.75 billion shares, indicating that the repurchased stock is being held as treasury shares rather than cancelled.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 29 April 2026, which authorises Guoquan to repurchase up to 262.44 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 42.10 million shares, representing 1.60 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Guoquan is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 July 2026.
