AvePoint (AVPT) shareholders back board re-elections, executive pay and auditor at 2026 AGM

AvePoint (AVPT) said its shareholders met on May, 5 2026 for the 2026 annual general meeting and approved all items on the agenda.

Investors re-elected three Class II directors—Brian Michael Brown, Jeff Epstein and John Ho—to serve until the 2029 annual meeting.

A non-binding advisory resolution on compensation for named executive officers passed with 137.4 million votes in favour, 2.1 million against and 43,202 abstentions, while 17.6 million shares were recorded as broker non-votes.

Shareholders also ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the 2026 fiscal year, with 156.7 million votes in favour, 245,897 against and 190,509 abstentions.
