The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $2.94 for Q3 FY26, beating the consensus estimate of $2.84, while net sales climbed 14% year-over-year to $5.16 billion, surpassing estimates of approximately $5.00 billion. Furthermore, TE Connectivity provided strong guidance for the current quarter, forecasting adjusted EPS of about $3.05 versus estimates of $2.96 and sales of approximately $5.25 billion against expectations of $5.16 billion.
The positive momentum is attributed to a 27% year-over-year jump in orders to $5.7 billion, fueled by booming demand for AI-related tools and products which is driving investments in data centers and network equipment. Additionally, the company announced an agreement to acquire Astrodyne Tdi for approximately $1.40 billion, a strategic move expected to contribute over $250 million in annual sales.
