LOPAL TECH Reports 55.77% Surge in Q1 LFP Cathode Material Prices

LOPAL TECH (02465) announced that in the first quarter of 2026, the average selling price of its primary product, automotive environmentally friendly fine chemicals, decreased by 1.75% compared to the same period last year. Conversely, the average selling price of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cathode materials saw a significant increase of 55.77% year-on-year.

The company also reported varying changes in the costs of its key raw materials for the first quarter. The average procurement price of base oil rose by 408.34 yuan per ton, an increase of 5.28%. In contrast, the average procurement price of ethylene glycol decreased by 752.46 yuan per ton, a decline of 18.00%. The average procurement price of urea fell by 44.41 yuan per ton, down 2.74%. Notably, the average procurement price of lithium carbonate surged by 62,480.73 yuan per ton, a substantial increase of 93.47%. The average procurement price of iron phosphate also increased by 926.05 yuan per ton, up 10.76%.
